Post-Judgment Litigation
Although we strive to recover an award without having to go back to court, there are instances where court intervention is the only viable route in enforcing a judgment. As a result, we regularly initiate and respond to litigation demands. However, we will never move forward with litigation without explicit permission or instruction from our clients.
If other enforcement tools have not yielded adequate results, a Shnaider Law attorney will discuss the applicable methods available to the creditor through court intervention. Once submitted, the court will determine whether the specific circumstances meet the requirements to utilize advanced techniques for reaching debtor funds, including but not limited to: fraudulent conveyance litigation, actions to pierce the corporate veil and motions seeking turnover of debtor funds.
Schedule a consultation with Yana Shnaider, Esq. to discuss whether obtaining recovery using court intervention is the best strategy for enforcement of your judgment award.
